Order and payment
Order Placement: All orders placed on our website must be accompanied by payment if no credit account is held. Payment methods and details can be found during the checkout process.
Credit Accounts: Customers with a credit account can place orders under their agreed account terms. If you are interested in establishing a credit account, please contact us for further information.
Payment Confirmation: Your order will be processed once payment has been confirmed. An order confirmation email will be sent to you.
Delivery Information
Processing Time: Orders that are placed before 13.00 and are in stock and ready to be despatched will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day. All orders are processed during our standard working hours 08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.00 – 16.00 Friday.

Free Next Day Delivery *: Enjoy free next day delivery on all orders over £200 + VAT. This promotion is automatically applied during the checkout process for eligible orders. Please note that this offer is applicable to UK mainland addresses.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase during the checkout process.
Back Orders: Some items may have to be back ordered, if any of these items are on a long delivery we will contact you to let you know the approximate delivery date.
In-Store Collection: Customers have the option to collect their orders from our trade counter. During the checkout process, you can select the "In-Store Collection" option. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email or phone.
Courier Delays: While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that we are not responsible for courier delays. External factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery timeline. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Shipping Methods
Orders will be shipped with Parcel Force and must weigh less than 30KG. Any singular item that weighs more than 30KG may occur additional carriage charges and may be shipped using a pallet service.

HPS Van Service | Free delivery for customers local to our Peterborough depot. This will typically be 1-2 days delivery, but may be more. |

Returns Policy
Overview
Acceptance of Returns: We generally accept returns for items purchased on our website. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a return.
Exceptions: While returns are widely accepted, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Customized items – eg. Bespoke Hose Assembies
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.
- Products with missing parts or accessories.
Exceptions Handling: For items not meeting the return criteria or falling under exceptions, our customer service team will assess the situation and communicate any applicable handling fees or denial of the return. In this case any carriage charges will not be credited.
Return Window: Customers are encouraged to initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns outside this window may be subject to review and acceptance at our discretion.
Initiating a Return
Contacting Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@hps-ltd.co.uk with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorisation: Once we have authorised your return we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not return any items without prior authorisation.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product or unless otherwise agreed by a member of our team.
